Mr. Goel, 58, is a seasoned finance professional with over 24 years rich experience in various areas including budget preparation, variance analysis, payroll management, AGM & board meeting, statutory audit and preparation of annual business plan etc. He is a qualified cost accountant. He joined EdCIL in November 2016. Prior to joining EdCIL, Mr. Goel has worked in maharatna public sector, SAIL. श्री गोयल, 58, बजट तैयार करने, विचरण विश्लेषण, पेरोल प्रबंधन, एजीएम और बोर्ड बैठक, वैधानिक लेखापरीक्षा और वार्षिक व्यावसायिक योजना आदि की तैयारी सहित विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में 24 साल से अधिक समृद्ध अनुभव वाले एक अनुभवी वित्त पेशेवर हैं। वह एक योग्य लागत लेखाकार है उन्होंने नवंबर 2016 में एडसीआईएल में शामिल हो गए। एडीसीआईएल में शामिल होने से पहले, श्री गोयल ने महारत्न सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र, सेल में काम किया है।

Mr. Pradeep K.S. Shishodia, 57, is an experienced Civil Engineer with 25 yrs plus experience in the fields of Institutional & Industrial buildings, Infrastructure & Land development, Railway sidings, Major & Minor bridges, and Railway workshops with both conventional & Pre-Engineering steel type structures. He has a proven track record in contracts, tendering, negotiations, dispute settlement and an excellent leadership command in Project Management of almost all kinds of Civil Engineering Projects. His expertise in Marketing and Business development in India and abroad is contributing towards the new avenues to EdCIL. Prior to joining EdCIL, Mr. Shishodia has worked at senior positions in reputed organizations viz., Gannon Dunkerley & Co. Ltd., and Ircon International Limited. He has multifaceted experience in the field of Consultancy, Teaching, Writing and Vigilance investigations. श्री प्रदीप के.एस. शिशुदिया, 57 एक अनुभवी सिविल इंजीनियर हैं, जो संस्थागत एवं औद्योगिक भवनों, इन्फ्रास्ट्रक्चर एंड लैंड डेवलपमेंट, रेलवे सिडिंग्स, मेजर एंड माइनर ब्रिज, रेलवे कार्यशालाओं, दोनों परंपरागत और पूर्व इंजीनियरिंग इस्पात प्रकार संरचनाओं के क्षेत्र में अनुभव के साथ-साथ 25 वर्षों से अनुभवी हैं। लगभग सभी प्रकार की सिविल इंजीनियरिंग परियोजनाओं के प्रोजेक्ट प्रबंधन में अनुबंधों, निविदाएं, वार्ता, विवाद निपटान और एक उत्कृष्ट नेतृत्व कमांड में उनका सिद्ध ट्रैक रिकॉर्ड है। भारत और विदेशों में विपणन और व्यवसाय विकास में उनकी विशेषज्ञता एडीसीआईएल के नए अवसरों के लिए योगदान दे रही है। एडसीआईएल में शामिल होने से पहले, श्री शिशोदिया ने प्रतिष्ठित संगठनों में गानों डंकलेली एंड कं लिमिटेड और आईरकॉन इंटरनेशनल लिमिटेड में वरिष्ठ पदों पर काम किया है। कंसल्टेंसी, टीचिंग, लेखन और सतर्कता जांच के क्षेत्र में उनके पास बहुमुखी अनुभव है।

Mr. Pawan Kumar Sharma, 52 is an Electronics & Communication Engineer from NIT-Trichy. He joined EdCIL in December 2017 as a Chief General Manager (Digital Education System). He has rich experience of over 22 years in various organizations like RailTel, National Institute of Smart Government, American Express, Tata Communications and Videsh Sanchar Nigam Limited (VSNL). Prior to joining EdCIL, Mr. Sharma has been providing Information and Communications Technology (ICT) solutions to large scale organization and Railways which includes Procurement, Design and Development of its services. श्री पवन कुमार शर्मा, 52 एनआईटी-त्रिची से एक इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स एंड कम्युनिकेशन इंजीनियर हैं। उन्होंने दिसंबर 2010 में एडसिल में एक प्रमुख महाप्रबंधक (डिजिटल एजुकेशन सिस्टम) के रूप में शामिल हो गए। राइटटेल, नेशनल इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ स्मार्ट सरकार, अमेरिकन एक्सप्रेस, टाटा कम्युनिकेशंस और विदेश संचार निगम लिमिटेड (वीएसएनएल) जैसे विभिन्न संगठनों में 22 से अधिक वर्षों का उनका समृद्ध अनुभव है। एडसिल में शामिल होने से पहले, श्री शर्मा बड़े पैमाने पर संगठन और रेलवे के लिए सूचना और संचार प्रौद्योगिकी (आईसीटी) समाधान प्रदान कर रहे हैं जिसमें इसकी सेवाएं प्रापण, डिजाइन और विकास शामिल हैं।

Mr. US Gaikwad, 57, is working as General Manager in EdCIL (India) Limited. He is the functioning Head of Department (Online Testing and Assessment Service). Mr. Gaikwad, who joined EdCIL in June 2008, has around 26 years of experience in human resource and personnel management space. His current role involves managing work related to recruitment services of the government organizations. It also includes release of advertisements, screening of applications, centre fixation, conduct of examinations, evaluation of results etc. Besides, he is also into business development activities like contacting various clients, prepare expression of interests/offers/ proposals, follow-up with clients etc. After completing his Masters from Maharashtra Institute of Labour Studies, Mr. Gaikwad proceeded to acquire PG Diploma in Human Resource Management. H also hold a degree in law. श्री यू एस गायकवाड़, 57 एडसिल (इंडिया) लिमिटेड के महाप्रबंधक के रूप में काम कर रहे हैं, वह एचओडी (ऑनलाइन परीक्षण और आकलन सेवा प्रभाग) के रूप में काम कर रहे हैं।। मानव संसाधन और कार्मिक प्रबंधन में उनके 26 वर्षों का समृद्ध अनुभव है। उनका मुख्य कार्य है सरकारी संगठनों की भर्ती सेवाओं से संबंधित कार्य का प्रबंधन डिवीजन में किया जाता है जिसमें विज्ञापन जारी करने, आवेदन की जांच, केंद्र निर्धारण, परीक्षा का संचालन, परिणाम का मूल्यांकन आदि शामिल हैं। व्यापार विकास गतिविधियों में विभिन्न ग्राहक, हितों / प्रस्ताव / प्रस्तावों की अभिव्यक्ति, ग्राहक के साथ अनुवर्ती आदि तैयार करना। उनकी योग्यता बी.कॉम (ऑनर्स), एम.एल.एस. (महाराष्ट्र श्रम अध्ययन संस्थान के मास्टर ऑफ लेबर स्टडीज) (महाराष्ट्र सरकार) पीजी मानव संसाधन प्रबंधन और एलएलबी (जनरल) में डिप्लोमा एडिसिल से पहले उन्होंने मैसर्स फीनिक्स मिल्स लिमिटेड में मुंबई, मैसर्स अमर डाई-केम लिमिटेड शहद, कल्याण, मुंबई, मैसर्स भारत रेडिएटर्स लिमिटेड सांताक्रूज़ मुंबई में काम किया था। और राष्ट्रीय एससी फिन और विकास निगम, दिल्ली
