GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR SELF‐FINANCING CANDIDATE स्वयं-वित्त उम्मीदवार के लिए सामान्य निर्देश

1. Candidate shall remit a non-refundable application processing fee of US$150 (US Dollar One Hundred Fifty Only) through Bank Transfer by NEFT / RTGS to EdCIL’s account with the remittance particulars given in Appendix-I. उम्मीदवार एनईएफटी / आरटीजीएस द्वारा बैंक हस्तांतरण के माध्यम से एडीसीआईएल के खाते में यूएस $ 150 (यूएस डॉलर एक सौ पचास केवल) के गैर-वापसी योग्य आवेदन प्रसंस्करण शुल्क को परिशिष्ट -1 में दिए गए प्रेषण विवरण के साथ प्रेषित करेगा
   
   Appendix-I for transfer of amount in Indian Rupee or US Dollar भारतीय रुपया या यूएस डॉलर में राशि के हस्तांतरण के लिए परिशिष्ट-I
   
   The copy of Bank Transfer details given by the bankers (Swift copy) should be attached with the application form, to enable EdCIL to check-up with bankers for confirming transfer of money to our account. बैंकरों द्वारा दी गई बैंक ट्रांसफर विवरण की प्रतिलिपि (स्विफ्ट कॉपी) को आवेदन पत्र से जोड़ा जाना चाहिए ताकि एडीसीआईएल को हमारे खाते में धन हस्तांतरण की पुष्टि के लिए बैंकरों के साथ जांच कर सकें।
2. EdCIL will seek admission for the Candidates as per his/her application. The admission decision rests with the Institute/University. एडसीआईएल अपने आवेदन के अनुसार उम्मीदवारों के लिए प्रवेश लेगा। प्रवेश निर्णय संस्थान / विश्वविद्यालय के साथ रहता है
3. In the event of confirm admission being offered, the Candidate will abide by the following प्रवेश की पुष्टि की जाने की स्थिति में, उम्मीदवार निम्नलिखित का पालन करेगा
   1. The Candidate shall indicate his/her acceptance of the offer of admission to EdCIL by the date stipulated in the admission letter. प्रवेश पत्र में निर्धारित तारीख तक उम्मीदवार एडीसीआईएल में दाखिले के प्रस्ताव की स्वीकृति को इंगित करेगा।...
   2. Once the offer has been accepted, the Candidate shall remit Institutional Cost (IEC) for the first academic year and subsequent years as per amount and deadline indicated in the admission offer letter. एक बार प्रस्ताव स्वीकार किए जाने के बाद, उम्मीदवार प्रथम शैक्षणिक वर्ष और बाद के वर्षों के लिए संस्थागत लागत (आईईसी) प्रेषित करें और प्रवेश प्रस्ताव पत्र में बताई गई समय सीमा के अनुसार।
   3. The Candidate shall submit the following documents to the University / Institute at the time of admission :- उम्मीदवार प्रवेश के समय विश्वविद्यालय / संस्थान को निम्नलिखित दस्तावेज जमा करेंगे: -
      1. Any other Document / information sought by the University / Institute in the admission offer letter प्रवेश / प्रस्ताव पत्र में विश्वविद्यालय / संस्थान द्वारा मांगी गई अन्य दस्तावेज / सूचना
         • For Under-Graduate Courses: Advanced Level Certificate of examination or any other examination equivalent to senior secondary level of Indian education (12 years schooling). अंडर ग्रेजुएट कोर्स के लिए: परीक्षा का उन्नत स्तर प्रमाण पत्र या भारतीय शिक्षा के वरिष्ठ माध्यमिक स्तर (12 वर्ष की स्कूली शिक्षा) के बराबर अन्य परीक्षा।
         • For Post-Graduate Courses: Bachelor Degree examination. स्नातकोत्तर पाठ्यक्रमों के लिए: बैचलर डिग्री परीक्षा
         • For Ph.D: Post graduate examination. स्नातकोत्तर पाठ्यक्रमों के लिए: बैचलर डिग्री परीक्षा
      2. Two attested copies of all the relevant certificates / degrees सभी प्रासंगिक प्रमाणपत्र / डिग्री के दो प्रमाणित प्रतियां
      3. Attested copy of the Passport पासपोर्ट की प्रमाणित कॉपी
      4. Certificate of proof of Date of Birth (as per the English calendar) जन्म तिथि के प्रमाण पत्र का प्रमाण पत्र (अंग्रेजी कैलेंडर के अनुसार)
      5. Four copies of his/her recent passport size photograph अपने हालिया पासपोर्ट आकार की तस्वीर की चार प्रतियां
      6. Character /School leaving certificate from the Head of the Institution last attended संस्थान के प्रमुख से चरित्र / स्कूल छोड़ने का प्रमाणपत्र अंतिम बार भाग लिया
      7. A Medical Certificate from an authorised Medical Practitioner regarding his/her fitness to undergo the course एक अधिकृत मेडिकल प्रैक्टिशनर से एक मेडिकल सर्टिफिकेट कोर्स करने के लिए अपनी फिटनेस के बारे में
      8. Any other Document / information sought by the University / Institute in the admission offer letter प्रवेश / प्रस्ताव पत्र में विश्वविद्यालय / संस्थान द्वारा मांगी गई अन्य दस्तावेज / सूचना
4. If the Candidate discontinues his/her study at any time and seeks refund of fees, such refund would be made subject to Institution norms and rules. यदि उम्मीदवार किसी भी समय अपने अध्ययन को बंद कर देते हैं और शुल्क वापस लेने का प्रयास करते हैं, तो ऐसी वापसी संस्थान के नियमों और नियमों के अधीन हो जाएगी
5. In case the Candidate fails to fulfil the prescribed requirements of the Institute / University for the award of degree within the normal duration of the Course and the period of his/her study has to be extended in order to complete the Course, he/she has to pay IC for such extended period of study as per institution norms/requirement. यदि उम्मीदवार कोर्स की सामान्य अवधि के भीतर डिग्री के लिए संस्थान / विश्वविद्यालय की निर्धारित आवश्यकताओं को पूरा करने में विफल रहता है और अपने अध्ययन की अवधि को पाठ्यक्रम पूरा करने के लिए विस्तारित किया जाना है, तो वह संस्था के मानदंड / आवश्यकता के अनुसार अध्ययन की इस तरह की विस्तारित अवधि के लिए आईसी का भुगतान करना।
6. The Candidate shall abide by the rules and regulations of the concerned Institution during his/her period of study and will be governed by Laws prevailing in India. अभ्यर्थी अध्ययन की अपनी अवधि के दौरान संबंधित संस्थान के नियमों और विनियमों का पालन करेगा और भारत में प्रचलित कानूनों द्वारा शासित होगा।
