					<description>For availing the SPDC for my son for whom I am planning to apply on NRI status to NITs through DASA scheme I have the following queries:
 
1.The date of Birth of my son is 01Nov 1993. Can he be considered although as per the guidelines the date of birth should be falling between 01 Oct 1989 &amp;#38; 01Oct 1993. 
1.In case he is eligible to apply what are the supporting documents to be provided to prove the annual salary not falling above USD2250/- ? 
1.In case he is eligible can I go through the DASA scheme &amp;#38; get the refund through SPDC or the whole payment need to be paid to EDCIL ?

I would appreciate if you could clarify the above points at the earliest.</description>
